Local Gopher Needs

Noreascon Four's in the last week before blast-off and there's still lots of work. If you're interested and local, please come and help! The schedule below lists the work schedule we know now—we're continuing to update it as things change.

Sun, 29 Aug 11 am	NESFA Clubhouse	Truck loading plus a general work session to do all the things we should have done earlier…expect a certain amount of hysterical giggling…
Mon, 30 Aug 10 am	Sheraton Hotel	Truck unloading at the Con Office (Kent on the Sheraton's third floor) (Get 2 hours of volunteer credit for every hour worked!)
Mon, 30 Aug 7 pm	NESFA Clubhouse	Truck loading at clubhouse (Get 2 hours of volunteer credit for every hour worked!)
Tues, 31 Aug 10 am	Sheraton & Hynes	Start of setup Truck unloading at Sheraton (Jefferson and Kent, 3rd floor.) (Get 2 hours of volunteer credit for every hour worked!)
Tues, 31 Aug 7 pm	NESFA Clubhouse	Truck loading at clubhouse (Get 2 hours of volunteer credit for every hour worked!)
Wed 1 Sept	Sheraton & Hynes	Major setup day at Sheraton & Hynes Truck unloading at both facilities. Exhibits setup at the Hynes.

The Work Sessions We've Already Held

Sat, 31 July 11 am	NESFA Clubhouse	Worksession to begin building decorations for Concourse: Cutting foam core, painting, laminating signs and a lot of miscellaneous messing about. This won't be a terribly organized worksession since we'll be spending a lot of time figuring out exactly how to make things. Engineering talent welcome! Fri-Sun 6-8 Aug	Sheraton Boston	Final Open Meeting  Many, many things going on. Everyone is welcome. (We've got notes and pictures from the Committee Blog).
Sat, 14 Aug 11 am	NESFA Clubhouse	Major worksession to construct more decorations for Concourse. If all goes well, we'll come out of the final Open Meeting with a pretty good idea of what we need to build and this Saturday will be our prime construction day. We’ll provide the scissors and refreshments. The Committee blog has pictures and text from it.
Sat, 21 Aug 11 am	NESFA Clubhouse	Worksession to make badges for N4, more work on Concourse decorations. If you can laminate, hammer, cut, or file (alphabetically), have we got a great time for you!
