The Hugo Awards

Although the pace of changes slowed, thanks to the efforts of the WSFS, there were still a couple of changes: The Gandalf Award was dropped in 1980; all non-Hugo awards (except for the Campbell) were banned from the ballots in 1981; and the fanzine category was split into Fanzine, and Semi-Prozine in 1984.
