Service Animals

Service animals are allowed to accompany members into the convention center or hotel function space. No other animals are permitted in public convention space.

Smoking

By Massachusetts and Boston law, no smoking is permitted in the Hynes Convention Center or in the public spaces of the Sheraton Boston and Marriott Copley Place. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor locations or in private hotel rooms only.

Weapons Policy

No weapon (or anything that appears to be a weapon) will be permitted in the convention at any time. The Noreascon Committee will be the sole judge of what is or appears to be a weapon. If you violate this policy, you will be asked to leave the convention. If you have questions about whether or not something would be classified as a weapon, please write to us at info@noreascon.org.
